摘要 基于灾难性气候条件下电网各元件的可靠率模型,提出了模拟连锁故障缓慢开断阶段的相关模型。通过定义连锁故障的环节及环节间的相关度来描述其发展过程中各故障元件之间的联系程度;并将环节间的关联方式划分为4种特殊的模式以确定相关度,利用得到的相关度和已有的各元件可靠率构造一个综合指标;考虑故障的累计效应并利用各级故障环节的综合指标构造一个决策指标,以确定发生下一级故障的环节。最后,以实际电网为例,验证了该模型在连锁故障缓慢开断阶段的正确性和有效性。 On the basis of power system components reliability model with catastrophic climate,a cascaded failure related model is proposed to simulate the slow break stage. Firstly,this paper describes the contacting degree between faulty components in the process of cascaded failures by defining failure links and the correlation degree between the links. In order to reasonably determine the correlation degree,the correlation patterns between the failure links are divided into four special modes. Secondly,the obtained correlation degree and the given reliability rate of the components are used to construct a comprehensive indicator. In order to consider the cumulative effection of failures,a decisive indicator is constructed by the comprehensive indicators of failures that have occurred at all levels to decide the next level fault link. Finally,the actual network is treated as example,then the correctness and validity of the model in the slow break stage of cascaded failure are verified.
