摘要
目的探讨采用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收测定工作场所空气中铬及其化合物含量的检测方法。方法对微孔滤膜采集样品进行微波消解处理,取20μL消解液进样,选择灰化温度为1 300℃,原子化温度为2 500℃石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中铬的含量。结果本方法的最低检出质量浓度为2.7×10-4 mg/m3;相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.70%~1.80%之间,1μg/L^5μg/L添加范围内加标回收率在96.00%~104.00%之间。结论采用本方法检测工作场所空气中铬含量,方法快速,结果准确,灵敏度高。
objective To investigate by microwave digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption determination of chromium and its compounds in workplace air content detection method. Methods Of microwave digestion processing microporous membrane filter samples, take 20 μL digestion liquid sample, select ashing temperature 1 300 ℃ for 1, atomization temperature of 1 500 ℃ for 2 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of chromium content.Results The method of minimum detection mass concentration of 2.7 × 10^-4mg/m^3; Relative standard deviation(n=6)between 0.71 %~1.80 %, 1 μg/L~5 μg/L add within the scope of standard addition between 96.00 %~104.00 % recovery. Conclusions Using this method to detect the contents of chromium in the air of workplace, the method is rapid,accurate, high sensitivity.
