常规培养法和酶联荧光免疫分析法在测定空肠弯曲菌中的对比

摘要 目的运用常规培养法和酶联荧光免疫分析法对相同食品进行空肠弯曲菌检测,对所得结果进行对比分析。方法对市面上销售的150瓶装酸奶同时采用常规培养法和酶联荧光免疫分析法进行检测。结果采用常规培养法检测出空肠弯曲菌3瓶,其阳性率为2.0%;采用酶联荧光免疫分析法检测出空肠弯曲菌7瓶,其阳性率为4.7%。结论酶联荧光免疫分析法的检出率较高,且方法操作简单、省时,建议有条件的检测机构尽量采用酶联荧光免疫分析法对空肠弯曲菌进行检测。 Objective Conventional culture method and enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay for the detection of Campylobacter jejuni, the results of a comparative analysis of the same food. Methods 150 bottled yogurt on the market at the same time using the conventional culture method and fluorescence enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection. Results Conventional culture method detected Campylobacter jejuni 3 bottles, the positive rate was 2.0 %; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay fluorescence detection of Campylobacter jejuni 7 bottles, the positive rate of4.7 %. Conclusions Enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay detection rate is higher, and the method is simple, saving time and, conditional testing organizations to maximize the use of the enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay to detect Campylobacter jejuni.
