摘要
采用问卷调查法等,对中国乒乓球队教练员领导风格、队员对领导的信任、队员绩效表现等进行分析,探讨领导风格对队员绩效的作用机制。结果显示:家长式领导中的仁慈领导对运动员的团队和组织角色的表现有正向显著影响;传统威权领导方式在乒乓球队中呈现较少;运动员对教练员的情感信任起完全中介作用。
The study uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the impact of a coach＇ s leadership style on the performance of a table tennis player. The results find that the paternalistic leadership with kindness has a significantly positive impact on the team and the performance of the organizing roles; while the traditional leadership with authority has been rarely found in the national team. Besides, the player＇ s emotional trust to the coach plays a full mediating effect.
