输电线路防风固沙措施研究及实施

Study and Implementation on Measures of Windproof and Sand-fixing of Transmission Lines

针对内蒙古赤峰地区沙漠或沙化土壤对输电线路的影响,通过对输电线路的杆塔位置选择、杆塔基础设计、施工、运行、维护等不同阶段进行分析,发现输电线路中存在设计考虑不周、施工质量差、运行维护不到位等问题。改进了农林专业的防沙治沙方法,利用改进的防风固沙技术解决了输电线路中的问题。

Based on the impact on desert and sandy soils in Chifeng area,different stages of transmission lines,such as location selection of pole-tower,foundation design of pole-tower,construction,operation and maintenance is analysed,which show thoses problems such as unthoughtful design,poor quality construction,the operation and maintenance are not in place,etc. Method of sand prevention and control in the field of agriculture,windproof and sand-fixing technique are used to mitigate the problems in transmission lines.
