地方新建本科院校转型发展的问题及对策

Problems and Responses of Newly Established Local Universities in Restructuring Development

地方新建本科院校是推动区域经济和社会发展的新生力量,但很多地方新建本科院校存在着定位不切实际、专业设置不合理、师资队伍水平不高、办学经费不足、学校与地方联系不紧密等问题。随着高等教育领域综合改革的推进,地方新建本科院校转型发展成为当务之急,为此,地方新建本科院校必须科学定位,培养模式立足高教发展规律,合理设置专业,提高师资队伍水平,加强与地方和企业的合作,多渠道筹措办学经费,转变观念,努力实现转型发展。

Newly established local universities are the new force to promote regional economic and social development. However,there exist many problems,such as unrealistic orientation,unreasonable professional settings,low faculty level,lack of school funding and loose collaborations with the local government. With the development of the higher educational comprehensive reforming,it has become urgent for the newly established local universities to start the restructuring development. Therefore,they should have a scientific orientation,set up training modes based on the law of development of higher education,set reasonable courses,raise the teachers＇ professional competence,strengthen the relationship with the local enterprises,find multi- channel financing,change concepts,and strive to achieve the restructuring development.
