摘要
本文介绍了基于单片机STC89C52的温度控制系统的设计与实现,系统采用DS18B20温度传感器实时采集温度数据;控制加热器或制冷器的启停;设置两路温度上下限报警值,实现快慢声光报警;LCM1602液晶显示屏实时显示时间、温度、两路报警值;设置三个功能键随时1调节时钟和上下限报警值;采用AT24C02芯片实现断电自动保护数据上功能;上位机通过VC MSCOMM控件远程监控实时温度并存储数据。
The design and implementation of temperature control system is based on STC89C52. Temperature data are collected by DS18B20 real-timely. Control the start and stop of the heater or cooler; setting two temperature alarm values can realize the speed of sound and light alarm; LCM1602 LCD screen display alarm value,temperature; upper and lower limit alarm value; setting three function keys adjust clock and alarm value; realization of power-off automatic data protection using AT24C02 chip; PC VC MSCOMM controls to remotely monitor the real-time temperature and store data; the overall framework of the system,the program flow chart are given; realization of the design function in the hardware platform.
