摘要
本文针对智能家居系统中数据存储安全问题,研究了在系统设计中加入物理抗入侵技术,通过构建实验测试方法,得到等效电路模型,来提取出PDS中的固有差异,最终构建硬件物理反克隆函数(PUF)模型,该模型是通过分析和描述电源分布参数系统中阻抗参数的工艺偏差,找出相应的规律,构建和设计物理反克隆函数,来实现硬件安全。
The lack of robust tamper-proofing techniques in security applications has provided attackers the ability to virtually circumvent mathematically strong cryptographic primitives by directly attacking the hardware. The paper proposed a simple method to measure resistance variations in the Power Distribution System( PDS) of an IC,and described how these measurements can be applied to a Physical Unclonable Function( PUF). Our technique exploits the PDS.
