摘要
卵巢功能不全是多病因导致的卵泡功能衰竭,对妇女内分泌功能和生育能力有不容忽视的影响。且近年调查发现其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前临床上多为综合治疗,包括激素替代治疗、赠卵移植、卵巢移植和心理治疗。而如何有效恢复卵巢功能和生育力仍是生殖医学界面临的挑战。近年来,干细胞治疗和基因治疗在卵巢功能不全动物模型中的应用研究取得了一定成果,本文就卵巢功能不全的治疗现状及进展进行综述。
Primary ovarian insufficiency(POI) is ovarian follicular dysfunction or depletion of functional primordial follicles caused by diverse etiological factors. POI has significant impacts on women's endocrine functions and fertility. Recently the study found that there is an upward trend in its incidence. At present the main therapy is comprehensive therapy, which including hormone replacement therapy(HRT), donor eggs transplantation, ovarian transplantation and psychological treatment. However, it is still challenge for researchers to restore ovarian function and fertility of POI effectively in the reproductive medical field. In recent years, stem cells therapy and gene therapy have some achievements in the animal model of POI. This review discussed the progress and current situation of therapy of primary ovarian insufficiency.
