摘要
目的探析体脂百分比与心-踝血管指数(Cardio ankle vascular index,CAVI)之间的关系。方法采用生物电阻抗仪器(Tanita MC-180)及福田VS1000型号动脉硬化检测仪对360名成人的身高、体重、体脂百分比(BF%)、心-踝血管指数(CAVI)等进行检测及分析。结果女测试者的体脂百分比与CAVI存在显著的相关性(r=0.22,P<0.01),CAVI呈阳性人群中肥胖比例为72.7%;男测试者体脂百分比与CAVI无具统计学意义的相关关系,CAVI呈阳性人群中肥胖比例占50.6%。结论体脂百分比和CAVI具有一定的正相关关系,随着超重、肥胖比例的递增,CAVI呈阳性的比例提高。
Objective To understand the correlation of body fat content to cardio ankle vascular index. Method Bioelectrical impedance instrument (TanitaMC-180) and Fukuda VSIO00 models of atherosclerosis detector were first utilized to collect the data of height, weight, body fat content in percentage, and heart-ankle vascular index (CAVI) of 360 healthy adults. Findings A significant correlation was found between women's body fat content and CAVI (r =0.22, P 〈 0.01 ). 72.7% of the female population detected positive of CAVI was found to have suffered obesity; no correlation was found between body fat content and CAVI in male adults; However, 50.6% of the male population detected positive of CAVI was found to have suffered obesity. Conclusion Body fat content is positively correlated to CAVI. The higher the percentage of population suffering overweight and obesity, the higher the percentage of population detected positive of CAVI.
