摘要
目的比较分析自然妊娠与辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)术后妊娠早期流产胎儿的绒毛染色体核型,为优生优育工作提供指导。方法收集56例ART妊娠孕早期自然流产患者(观察组)和51例自然妊娠(对照组)的绒毛组织标本,无菌条件下进行绒毛细胞培养及染色体核型分析,对两组染色体核型进行分析。结果观察组细胞培养成功52例(92.86%),其中异常核型26例(50.00%),而三体核型16例(约占61.54%)最多。对照组细胞培养成功47例(92.17%),其中异常核型22例(46.81%),三体核型15例(68.18%),两组产妇正常核型中流产次数<2次的均高于≥2次者,差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孕早期自然流产次数与胚胎染色体异常关系密切。
Objective To understand the chromosome karyotype villi of fetus of miscarriage at early pregnancy both natural and by ART. Method Sample villi from 56 cases of miscarriage at the early stage of pregnancy by ART were taken as the experimental group and sample villi from 51 cases of miscarriage at the early stage of natural pregnancy were taken as the control group of study. Then villi cell culture and chromosome karyotype analysis for both groups were conducted under aseptic condition. Findings Among 56 cases in the experimental group, 52 (92. 86% ) cases were successful in cell culture; 26 (50.00%) cases of unusual karyotypes were found; and 16 (about 46.81% ) cases of trisomie karyotype were found. Among the 51 cases in the control group, 47 (92.1%) cases were successful in cell culture; 22 (46.81%) cases of unusual karyotypes were found, and 15 (about 68. 18% ) cases of trisomie karyotype were identified. The usual karyotype found in women in both groups with less than 2 times of miscarriage was found higher than that in women in both groups with 2 or more times of miscarriage. The difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Miscarriage at the early stage of pregnancy is closely related to fetal chromosomal abnormality.
