摘要 依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程建设具有周期长、投资大、参建单位多、信息量广泛、对信息收集与处理要求比较高、且管理较为复杂的特点,采用分类、编码、强化管理,提升自动化管理水平等方法对实时信息进行管理,确保了信息收集整理的及时性、准确性、规范性和实用性。实践证明,效果较好。 In the water diversion works from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River of the middle route project in the south-to-north water diversion project, the information management is rather difficult due to the long duration, massive investment, large number of contractors, large amount of information, and the high standard of information acquisition and processing. Thus, successful information management experiences are summarized including the classification, coding, and automatic management of the real-time information, which guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, standardization and practicality of information acquisition and processing.
