近年来,IDC业务增长迅速,对运营商带宽需求日益紧迫,但IDC自身网络建设因受到整体设计周期固定、传输资源紧张、自身设备老化等客观条件限制,会出现阶段性网络接入能力与市场需求的不对等。本文主要讲中国联通济南分公司IDC在短期内无法增容出口的情况下,如何整合优化资源、充分挖掘潜力,不但保证了现有网络的可靠稳定,并提供了一定周期内的业务扩展能力。
