摘要
目的:为政府部门制订药品赋码政策提供数据支持,保证用药安全。方法:调研我院现有的1 297个品规的药品最小外包装上条形码、电子监管码的赋码情况,分别按药品制造商类型(进口、进口分装、国产)和处方类型(处方药与非处方药)进行调研、分类与分析。结果:我院现有药品中有条形码、有电子监管码、两码兼有以及两码均无的药品分别占总品规的50.27%、37.24%、20.28%和32.77%;进口药品中上述情况分别占23.21%、4.29%、0.71%、73.21%,进口分装类药品中则分别为30.22%、44.60%、12.95%、38.13%,国产药品为62.07%、46.58%、27.68%、19.02%;处方药中上述情况分别占44.39%、36.95%、18.21%和36.87%,非处方药中则分别为93.55%、39.35%、35.48%和2.58%。结论:在调查的药品中,条形码较电子监管码赋码率相对更高,非处方药较处方药赋码率更高。建议加快赋码速度、统一赋码标准,以利于实现药品的科学化管理,确保患者安全用药。
OBJECTIVE:To provide data support for the government to develop regulations on the assignment of codes to drugs and thus ensure the safety of drug use. METHODS:The bar code for drugs(BCD)and electronic supervision codes on the smallest external packages of 1 297 drugs currently available in our hospital were investigated. The survey,classification and analysis were made on the basis of the types of drug(imported drug,subpackaged imported drug,domestic drug)manufacturers,the prescription type(prescription drugs,OTC drugs). RESULTS:The drugs with a BCD,an electronic supervision code or the both or without any code that are currently available in our hospital account for 50.27%,37.24%,20.28% and 32.77% of all kinds of drugs respectively;for the imported drugs,account for 23.21%,4.29%,0.71% and 73.21% respectively;for the subpackaged imported drugs,account for 30.22%,44.60%,12.95% and 38.13% respectively;for the domestic drugs,account for 62.07%,46.58%,27.68% and 19.02% respectively;for the prescription drugs,account for 44.39%,36.95%,18.21% and 36.87% respectively;for the OTC drugs,account for 93.55%,39.35%,35.48% and 2.58% respectively. CONCLUSIONS:In the survey,the drugs with a BCD were found to be more than those with an electronic supervision code,and the OTC drugs with a code were more than the prescription drugs with a code. It is suggested that the assignment of codes be sped up and the standards for the assignment of codes be unified so as to facilitate scientific management of drugs and thus ensure the safety of drug use.
