摘要
目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液质量管理模式。方法:介绍我院PIVAS从计划、实施、检查、改进四个阶段开展对成品输液的全面质量管理的工作内容,并评价实施检查前后的改进效果。结果与结论:提出了PIVAS成品输液质量管理的实施要点,并从人员管理、药品管理、文件管理等方面寻求切入点,建立较完善的成品输液质量控制体系,将成品输液配制环节分为配制前、配制中、配制后三个阶段进行质量监控,形成三级检查体系对成品输液进行质量追踪并获取成品输液质量反馈意见。实施前、实施后3个月、实施后6个月成品输液常见问题数量分别为442、211、59例,达到了持续改进的目标。因此,对成品输液实行科学的质量管理可以有效提高输液配制质量,保障临床用药安全。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the finished product infusion quality management mode of the Pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS). METHODS:Comprehensive quality management over finished product infusion in such four stages as planning,implementation,inspection and improvement,was carried out in the PIVAS of our hospital,and the improvement results before and after the inspection were evaluated. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:Through giving the key points for carrying out the quality management over finished product infusion in PIVAS,and started with personnel,drug and document management,a relatively perfect quality control system of finished product infusion was established,where quality control was conducted in three stages,namely before,during and after the preparation of finished products infusion,to form a three-level inspection system so as to track the quality of finished products infusion and obtain the feedback. The numbers of common problems arising from finished product infusion before the inspection,and 3 months and 6 months thereafter were 442,211 and 59 respectively,which showed that the goal of continuous improvement had been achieved. The implementation of scientific quality management over finished product infusion can effectively improve the quality of finished products prepared for infusion and thereby ensure safety of clinical drug use.
