门诊处方短信系统的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Short Message Service System in Outpatient Prescription

目的:构建患者参与门诊处方查对的信息模式,及时纠正处方调配差错。方法:利用Eclipse开发工具和SQLServer数据库技术,用JAVA语言开发门诊处方短信系统,实现医院信息系统、门诊药房信息系统及移动运营商的短信业务系统网络信道的无缝链接,将门诊处方的品种、数量、价格等信息发送至患者手机,并了解其应用效果。结果:该系统具有便捷性、可靠性、广覆盖性与廉价性等优点。运行3个月以来,日发送处方短信1 000余条,累计发现并及时纠正发药差错18例,门诊患者对药房的满意率由82.4%上升至91.7%。结论:门诊处方短信系统的应用使患者主动参与门诊处方查对,减少了处方调配差错,保障了患者用药安全,提高了患者对药房的满意度。

OBJECTIVE：To establish an information mode of patients participating in the outpatient prescription check and correct prescription dispensing errors timely. METHODS：Based on Eclipse development tools and SQL Server database technology,Java language was used to develop the short messages service（SMS）system in outpatient prescription to realize the seamless connection among hospital information system,outpatient pharmacy information system and SMS business systems network channel of mobile operator so as to send the prescription information to the outpatients＇ mobile in the form of short message including the variety,quantity and price of drugs and understand the application effect. RESULTS：The system was convenient,reliable,wide in coverage and cheap. It sent more than 1 000 short messages daily during the 3 months and 18 dispensing errors had been found and corrected. Patients＇ satisfaction was increased from 82.4% to 91.7%. CONCLUSIONS：The short message service system in outpatient prescription allows patients actively participating in the outpatient prescription check,reduces the prescription dispensing errors,guarantees the safety of drug use and improves the patients＇ satisfaction with hospital pharmacy services.
