摘要
研究了Mn含量对Cr Mo耐热钢气保焊丝用盘条的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:盘条的组织均由铁素体和硬质第二相组成;随着Mn含量由0.59%升高到1.16%,铁素体晶粒尺寸减小,第二相由MA组元向贝氏体和MA组元的混合组织转变,第二相体积含量由17.8%增加到33.5%,导致盘条的抗拉强度和宏观硬度增加,延伸率降低。硅、锰元素在第二相中未发生偏聚,碳元素在第二相中的偏聚程度随第二相组织比例的增加而降低,最高碳含量由1.0%降至0.75%,导致第二相的微观硬度值下降。
The effect of different contents of Mn on microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot rolled CrMo welding wire steel was studied. It was found that both steels consisted of ferrite and second phase,and an increase of Mn content from 0. 59% to 1. 16% induced a decrease of ferrite grain size and a change of second phase from martenite-austenite constitute(MA) to a mixture of bainite plus MA. Also the increase in Mn content led to an increase in the tensile strength,hardness,and a decrease in elongation accompanied with an increase in volume fraction of second phase from 17. 8% to33. 5%. Carbon segregation was observed at the second phase while no evident segregation of silicon and manganese was found. The maximum carbon content decreased from 1. 0% to 0. 75% with an increase of volume fraction of second phase,and thus reduced hardness of second phase.
