摘要
由于2205双相不锈钢的凝固特性和铝脱氧工艺,使得连铸过程中存在水口堵塞、板坯表面凹陷和等轴晶率低等问题。针对上述情况对该钢种凝固特点进行了研究,解决了2205钢种浇铸过程中的工艺问题,提高了板坯的质量。
The SEN clogging,surface indentation,lower equiaxial crystal ratio,and surface micro-crack of 2205 duplex stainless steel were caused by solidification properties and deoxidation process by aluminum. The study of solidification of 2205 was carried out for the above case. The process issues of casting were solved,and the 2205 slab quality was enhanced.
