摘要 为了消除桥式逆变电路死区效应,降低控制电路要求,将低压电器串入逆变电路主电路中。理论分析结果表明,不仅能消除死区及其产生的不良影响,还可以简化电路结构,并可忽略开关管因厂家不同存在的差异性。仿真试验进一步验证了所提理论的正确性和电路的可行性。 In order to eliminate the dead zone effect on the bridge inverter circuit and reduce the requirement of the control circuit,low voltage apparatus was in series with the inverter main circuit to eliminate the dead zone phenomenon and its adverse effects through the protection of the low voltage apparatus and canceling the dead zone time on control circuit. It was showed through the theoretical analysis that the negative effects of dead zone can be eliminated and also the circuit structure can be simplified,and the differences of switch tube from different manufacturers can be ignored. The simulation further proved the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the circuit.
