摘要 以某轿车副车架为研究对象,采用CATIA软件进行三维建模。应用Hyper Mesh对其进行网格划分,在制动工况下对副车架进行初始结构强度分析和自由模态分析。以副车架材料的许用应力及1阶模态频率作为优化的约束条件,利用Optistruct进行拓扑优化设计,副车架质量与原始设计相比减轻了10.28%,使其达到轻量化的目的。 A car sub-frame was taken as a study object and CATIA was used to build the 3D model which was then analyzed by Hyper Mesh. The results were applied to strength calculation and modal analysis under the braking conditions. Optistruct was used to optimize topological structure with material allowable stress and first-order modal value as constraints. The result shows that the mass of the sub-frame reduces by 10.28% than the initial one and light weight is realized.
