实现旋轮线轨迹的取袋机构设计与参数分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于连续高速吸盘取袋的原理和要求,分析了取袋时吸盘运动轨迹对取袋效果的影响;根据吸盘的合理运动轨迹要求,分析探讨了能实现旋轮线轨迹的取袋机构,并对机构进行了运动分析;对机构关键参数进行了分析,提出了关键参数的最佳设计。研究结果为连续高速取袋机构及装置设计提供了理论依据。 The influence of sucker trajectory on bag-taking was analyzed based on the principles and requirements of the sucker taking-bag in a continuous and high-speed way. Bag-taking mechanism achieving cycloid trajectory was mainly discussed according to the requirements of reasonable sucker-trajectory, and mechanism movement was also analyzed. Further more,the key parameters of the mechanism were decided and the optimal parameter design was presented. The results provide a theoretical basis for high-speed continuous bag-taking-device design.
