摘要
摩擦焊机是机床的一种,其整体造型由主机系统、测控系统和液压系统构成,分体的造型特点对其造型整体性、人机操控性等造成了一定的影响。针对造型设计中综合考虑功能性、审美性和人机性能的要求,提出了运用QFD(质量功能展开)构建造型设计质量屋的设计策略。通过摩擦焊机造型设计实例,阐述了质量功能展开在设计过程中的应用方法和主要步骤。应用结果表明,QFD对于非典型性的特种机床造型设计是一种有效方法。
Friction welding machine is a kind of machine tool, and its overall shape is constituted by host system, control system and hydraulic system. The modeling integrity and man-machine operation performance are influenced by the modeling characteristics of its constituent parts. For the demands of considering function, aesthetic and man-machine performance, this paper put forward the design scheme of applying QFD(quality function deployment) to establish modeling design quality house. Through design case of the modeling design to friction welding machine, the usage method and main steps of QFD in design process were illustrated. The results show that QFD is an effective method for modeling design of the atypical special machine tool.
