南方欠发达县域生态旅游资源评价体系研究

Researches on an Evaluation System for Eco-Tourism Resources in Underdeveloped Counties in South China

生态旅游资源是生态旅游的客体，对其评价体系的研究是生态旅游资源开发及保护的前提和关键。通过文献阅读及实地调研，以南方欠发达县域为研究对象，构建了生态旅游资源评价体系，采用专家打分法确定权重，选取江西省资溪县为研究案例以验证评价体系。专家打分结果显示，此评价体系中，生态环境条件权重最大，旅游资源条件次之，开发潜力与社区参与条件权重最小。该体系对于资溪县生态旅游资源的评价结果为76．996分。评价结果表明资溪县的生态环境良好，旅游资源较丰富。构建的评价体系有一定的实用性和科学性，但社区参与的程度仍显不足。

Eco-tourism resources are prerequisite for eco-tourism. To study the evaluation system is a key to develop and protect the eco-tourism resources. Through literature reading and field investigation, a system for evaluating eco-tourism resources has been established to study underdeveloped counties in South, China. The index weights were determined by expert scoring method, and Zixi County in Jiangxi Province was chosen as a case. The expert scoring results showed that in this evaluation system, ecological condition had the biggest weight followed by tourism resources condition, whilst development potential and community involvement condition took the least. The assessment scoring of Zixi County was 76.994 6. it indicated that Zixi County had good ecological environment and rich tourism resources, and the established evaluation system had some practical value and scientific nature. However, the degree of community involvement was still insufficient.
