摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,档案工作越来越受到医院领导的重视。然而,档案工作的深入开展却面临困局。立足医院档案室仍处于建立初期这一事实,本文重申档案收集的地位,分析影响档案收集的环境因素,引入源头控制思想,探讨其在医院档案工作深入开展中的运用。
Along with the deepening of reform in medical and healthcare system, hospital leadership attaches more and more importance to archives work. However, the further development of hospital archives is facing difficulties. At the basis of the fact that hospital archives is still in the primary stage, the article reiterates the position of archives collection and analyzes the environmental factors influencing it. In order to solve the problems, the article introduces the thought of source control and explores the application of it to deep development of hospital archives work.
