高校学生班级管理研究——以南开大学为例

随着中国教育体制的不断发展,对于高校学生的培养力度也逐渐加大,与此同时,对高校学生综合素质和学习能力培养的要求也越来越高,传统的管理模式已经无法适应高校学生在新的教育体系下健全发展,因此,高校学生管理问题变得日益严峻。而管理的问题要从基础抓起,高校学生管理的基础组织是班级。重视高校班级管理已成为管理高校大学生、促进高校大学生全面发展的重要问题之一。因此,不断完善高校学生班级管理、不断提高高校学生综合素质,对实现高校大学生全面发展有着十分重要的现实意义。

With the continuous development of China＇ s education system, the cultivation of college students is gradually intensified. Meanwhile, requirements for enhancing students＇ comprehensive quality and ability to learning in the school, is also emphasized increasingly. The conventional management model has failed to adapt to sound development of college education under the new system, which makes the college management issues are looming large. College management can＇ t leap forward without giving consideration to class management as a basic element in college. Therefore, to pay attention to class management and undergraduates＇ comprehensive ability have turned out to be one of top priorities in college, which have a very practical significance in terms of college students＇ all-round development.
