摘要
信息系统的数据输入阶段是影响数据质量的重要环节,从提高数据输入正确性的角度,系统研究了数据输入问题,对数据输入错误的概念进行了界定,对数据输入错误类型进行了分类,从输入主体、客体、对象、环境四个方面分析了导致输入错误的原因,对当前的数据输入错误的防控方法进行了归纳和总结。
Data input has an important influence on the data quality of information systems. This paper systematically describes the problem of data input. Firstly,the relationship between the data input and data quality problems is discussed on. Then,the definition and classification of data entry errors are given. From the input subject,object and environment,objects,it analyzed the factors that affect data input. Finally,it discusses on the methods of data input errors prevention.
