摘要
介绍上圆下方接头表面展开的新方法,通过对上圆下方接头几何体的形体分析,选择与上圆下方接头表面展开图形状相同、面积相等的基本圆台为当量体圆台。然后对其当量体圆台进行袁面展开,使之上圆下方接头的不可展表面,可用当量体圆台的可展表面方法进行展开,即改变了传统的不可展表面展开方法。结果表明,其放样工艺得到简化,加工成型后结构尺寸准确,接头端面平整。
A new method of surface development on joint with a circular top and a squire base is introduced. Through the shape analysis of this geometry, a basic round table is chose as the equivalent round table, which has the same shape and area as the surface development of the geometry. The equivalent round table can be unfolded but the geometry can't. With this method, the lofting procession can be simplified, the structure size of joint can be more accurate after molding and the face can be smoother.
