摘要
针对现有LNG船用绝缘箱自动生产线提高生产节拍的问题,在消化吸收原有系统的基础上重新设计了LNG船用绝缘箱自动生产线。分别从机器人控制系统和流水线布局方面着手,采取了调整机器人运行轨迹、合理安排机器人加钉工序、适当增加缓冲工位等措施对绝缘葙自动生产线进行了优化。实践应用测算优化前与优化后的生产线运行时间,发现生产效率提高20%以上,日均生产绝缘箱数量均超出了原有水平,取得了较好的效果。
Base on comprehensive research with original rhythms optimization of the LNG insulated boxes automate system, this article focuses on fabrication line. On aspects of both robot control system and assembly line station arrangement, the fabrication line is optimized by adjusting on robot moving path and nail supply process and adding buffer station. Practical application is indicated that the optimization has lead to 20% production efficiency increase and significant increase of daily production .
