摘要
知识获取是船舶焊接生产设计智能系统构建中的一个瓶颈问题。本文提出一种基于粗糙集理论的知识建模方法,该方法包括数据采集、顸处理、模型约简、模型推理等四个方面。通过属性约简、值约简和规则约简三个步骤,可从系统运行的经验数据中自动提取出一个精简的知识模型。针对模型推理中存在的规则匹配冲突问题,提出一种基于属性重要性的推理算法。以焊接位置、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接设备等焊接工艺决策为例,介绍RS建模在船体焊接生产设计中的应用。
Knowledge acquisition is a bottleneck in establishing shipwelding production design intelligent system. In this paper, a knowledge modeling method based on rough set theory is proposed, which includes four procedures as data collection, preprocessing, model reduction and model reasoning. Through attribute reduction, value reduction and rule reduction, a simplified knowledge model can be extracted from information system. To resolve the problem about rule matching confliction, an inference algorithm based on attribute significance is provided. A study case of welding process decision concerning welding position, welding method, welding materials and welding equipment, is used to illustrate the application of RS modeling method to shipwelding production planning.
