LPG船舶液罐筒节分段自动焊接工装方案研究

摘要 在分析LPG船舶液罐结构特点的基础上,结合液罐建造工艺流程,参考钢制管道自动焊接工装设计理念,随后通过深入研究,提出了一种C型液罐(双耳形罐)筒节自动焊接工装的设计方案,详细论述了工装的工作原理以及各部件的功能,理论上能够实现筒节分段合拢自动焊接,可为今后LPG船液罐自动焊接工装深入研发提供参考和技术支持。 On the basis of the analysis of the structural characteristics of fluid container in LPG ship, the technological process of fluid container construction and the design philosophy of automatic welding equipment for steel pipelines, a new design of automatic welding equipment for C-type fluid container shell ring, which can realize the automatic welding of shell ring in theory, is proposed in this article. The working principle of the equipment and the function of the parts are discussed in detail. The result can provide a reference for future research of automatic welding equipment for fluid container in LPG ship.
