Study on the status and the influence factors of professional identity of medical students

摘要 目的了解医学生职业认同感现状,探讨其主要的影响因素,为相关部门制定有效的措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方式对山东省4所本科医学院校共1150名医学生进行问卷调查。结果 4所高校学生除职业价值观外其它维度差异均具有统计学意义;女生除职业承诺外各维度得分均高于男生,但只有职业价值观差异具有统计学意义(t=2.008,P=0.045);独生子女职业认同感各维度得分均高于非独生子女;从大一到大四职业认同感总体呈现了先降后升的趋势;随着专业层次的提高,职业认同感6个维度的得分均呈现增高趋势;应用多元逐步回归分析显示年级、入党迫切性、独生子女、高考志愿、专业层次和性别是影响职业认同的主要因素。结论医学院校医学生整体职业认同感得分不高,应加强正确的舆论引导增加医学生对未来职业的正向情感。 Objective To explore the status and the influence factors of professional identity of medical students to provide basis for establishment of effective measures.Methods Random sampling was used and 1150 medical students from4 undergraduate universities were investigated with questionnaires.Results The statistical difference among 4 universities was significant for all dimentions except for vocational values.In addition to vocational commitment,scorces of all dimentions were higher in female students than those in male students,while statistical difference was significant only in dimension of vocational values(t=2.008,P=0.045).Scores of all dimensions of professional identity were higher in only child.The level of professional identity for freshman to senior students fell first and then rose.With the improvement of professional levels,the scores of six dimensions for professional identity increased.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the professional identity was mainly influenced by grade,the urgency to join the party,only child,the voluntary college entrance examination,professional level and their genders.Conclusion The professional identity level of medical students was relatively low.Relevant department should take effective measures to consolidate professional thought in medical students,and should strengthen correct public opinion to improve positive emotion for future careers of medical students.
