摘要
党和法治的关系是法治建设的核心问题。党的十八届四中全会通过的《关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》进一步理顺了党和法治的关系,对于我们全面建设法治中国具有重要意义。
The relationship between the Party and the rule of law is the core problem of the construction of rule of law. comprehensively promoting certain major issue decision approved by the Party＇s eighteen sessions of fourth plenary session aims at further straightening the relations between the Party and the rule of law,which has greater significance for our comprehensive construction of rule of law in China.
