摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次就法治建设发表重要论述,阐述了全面推进依法治国,提高党的执政能力和科学水平,极大地丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论。
Since the holding Party＇s eighteen session,the general secretary of Xi Jinping has issued many important thoughts on the construction of rule of law. He has comprehensively expounded the rule of law to improve the target and path of the party＇s ruling ability and scientific level,his thoughts have enriched and developed the Chinese characteristic socialist theory of rule of law.
