摘要
加强学风建设是做好干部教育培训工作的必然要求,是在干部教育培训中贯彻"党要管党、从严治党"原则的重要抓手,也是端正社会风气的关键所在。组织人事部门和党校(学院)应通过不断完善制度、优化环境、培育文化、创新途径和打造队伍,切实维护干部教育培训秩序。
Strengthening the construction of studying atmosphere is the inevitable requirement of education and training work to the cadres,is also an important principle to carry out the principle＂the Party must govern the Party strictly＂in educating and training cadres,also the key to correct the social atmosphere. The organization and personnel department and school（ College） should improve the system,optimize the environment,cultivate the culture,innovative ways and establish a team of cadre education and training constantly and earnestly safeguard the order of education and training work to the cadres.
