社会秩序取决于社会规则的性质,取决于社会规则的完善程度。影响社会规则发挥功能的因素,至少包括科学性、利益倾向性、程序民主性和实效性。
Social order depends on the nature and perfect degree of social rules. The factors affecting social rules function at least includes the scientific nature,tendency of interest,the democratic procedure and effectiveness.
