摘要
通过研究非正弦振动波形的特性,导出6个振动工艺参数,建立了工艺参数优化的数学模型。以多学科优化软件Isight为基础,给出设计变量、约束条件和目标函数,以数学过程代替设计人员的经验进行优化。研究表明,本文采用的自动优化设计方法和结果是可行与有效的。
According to the analysis of the characteristics of non- sinusoidal vibration waveform, six vibration parameters is provided, then a mathematical model of the process parameter optimization is established. Based on the Isight, a multidisciplinary optimization software, design variables, constraints and objective functions are created to optimize instead of the designer's experience. The result shows that the automatic optimization design method in this paper is feasible and effective.
