摘要
通过对深孔加工技术的研究,建立了SIED钻的力学模型。利用计算机三维造型与有限元分析相结合的方法,对刀具的钻削过程进行了仿真和试验分析。研究结果表明,Deform-3D软件可以精确地显示SIED实体钻的切削力、扭矩和磨损情况,从而为刀具的优化和切削参数的选择提供理论依据。
Through the study of deep hole machining technology, a mechanical model of the drill SIED is established.Using the computer three- dimensional modeling and finite element analysis, the simulation and experimental analysis of the drilling process of the cutting tool are conducted. The research results show that Deform- 3D software can accurately display SIED entity cutting force, torque and the wear of the drill, which optimizes cutting tool and provides theory basis for the selection of cutting parameters.
