摘要
为实现机翼的快速三维建模,对模型的参数化设计方法及实现方法进行了研究。以简化机翼为例,在翼型的参数化过程中,介绍了离散点样条拟合与CST方法两种翼型参数化设计方法。用CST方法对准确翼型的型值点进行拟合,并作了残差分析,对机翼的主要外形建立相应的数学模型,在Vb环境下对catia进行二次开发,开发出快速生成机翼模型的界面。结果表明,CST参数化方法简单直观、参数少、精度高,4~6阶的Bernstein多项式定义的形状函数就可以精确表示翼型,简化了翼型参数化过程,实用性较好。
To achieve rapid and even three- dimensio nal modeling of aircraft wing, parametric design methods and implementation of the model are studied. To simplify the wing, for example, CST parametric design method is proposed to use for the airfoil parameterization course. Airfoil accurate data points are fitted by methods CST, and residual analysis done on the wing the main shape corresponding mathematical model. The catia is carried on the second- development,and quick wing model interface is generated and developed. The results show that the CST method is simple and intuitive with few parameters and high precision. Airfoil can be detailed accurately by shape functions defined by 4~6order Bernstein polynomials, which simplifies the airfoil parameterization process with better practicability.
