摘要
对太钢6号高炉炉本体的设计与改进进行了阐述。太钢6号高炉炉本体的设计基于5号高炉的运行情况,保留了炉底、炉缸的设计,借鉴铜冷却板形式的成功操作经验,对其炉腹、炉腰及炉身中下部内衬和冷却控制形式进行改进,同时完善了高炉检测系统和监控系统,对风口、铁口等一些细节部分加以优化,使炉本体设计更趋于合理。
Design of TISCO BF6 furnace proper is based on the usage situation of BF5.The application of hearth and bottom refractory and the copper cooling plate are remained. Improvement focuses on the lining of bosh, belly and lower middle stack and the cooling control system. At the same time the furnace detection and monitoring system are completed. The detail parts of tuyere and taphole are optimized. It makes the design of furnace proper more reasonable.
