摘要
针对秦皇岛33-1油田稠油含聚合物采出液的特点,采用旋流气浮-过滤工艺对该油田稠油污水开展深度处理中试研究。结果表明,在辅以综合处理剂D-33的情况下,该工艺可使处理出水水质稳定,油含量平均7.7mg/L、悬浮物含量平均2.7mg/L、粒径中值平均1.7μm,达到回注要求,其中油和悬浮物的平均去除率分别达到99.1%和95.2%。该工艺在技术上是可行的,具有流程短、运行稳定、处理效率高及占地面积小等特点,在秦皇岛33-1油田具有较好的适用性。
according to the characteristics of the heavy oil produced liquid with polymer in QHD33-1 oilfield, pilot research on the advanced treatment of heavy oily sewage in this oilfield has been implemented by cyclone flotation-filtration process. The results show that the water quality treated by flotation-filtration process remain stable, supported by integrated agent D- 33,the average oil content is 7.7mg/L, the average suspended solid content is 2.7mg/L and the average suspended particles median diameter is 1. 7μm, the quality of the treated water meets the needs of reinjection,and the average removal efficiency of the oil and suspended solid can reach 99.1% and 95.2% respectivelyo Flotation-filtration process technology is feasible and reliable,has such features as short process, stable performance, high treatment efficiency and small floor area,so it has good applicability in QHD33-1 oilfield.
