摘要
该文通过对国内某海洋平台上的重力式生产分离器内多相流体的流动进行数值模拟分析,得出了采用不同的入口形式时,分离器内部油相浓度的分布规律。结果表明,采用具有内伸结构的入口形式可以有效减小入口影响区的面积,但由于气相的作用,反而影响了整体分离效果。研究结果为设计人员进一步优化入口形式提供了理论依据。
Multiphase flow in a typical horizontal gravity separator on some offshore plat- form was simulated and RNG k-ε model was adopted. Distributions of oil phase at different time were obtained by numerical simulation. Results show that affected area could be reduced by using extension inlet. But it affects separate result because of the existence of gas phase. This result provides theoretic support for optimization of inlet type.
