铌对钢筋组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过对三种不同含铌(0.040%,0.033%,0.037%)钢筋进行金相和透射电镜分析来研究钢筋的组织和性能。实验分析结果表明,通过适当提高钢筋中铌元素的含量,可以更好的达到“调节奥氏体”以细化铁素体晶粒的作用。使钢筋的抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐增加,增强钢筋的抗震性能。借助透射电镜观察和电子衍射标定发现,铌的碳氮化物(NbCN)主要在铁素体晶内位错处析出,少量在晶界附近析出,析出相呈球形或近球形。 By metallographic and TEM to study microstructure and properties of the three different reinforced bar containing Nb(0.040%, 0.033%, 0.037%), the result shows that, it can better regulate austenite to refine the ferrite grain size by properly increasing Nb content in reinforcement, the tensile strength and yield strength of reinforcement gradually increase. TEM and electron diffraction observation show that Nb carbonitride (NbCN) most separate out from ferrite dislocation and a little nearby grain boundary, the morphology of precipitated phase is spherical or nearly spherical.
