摘要 建立了用高频感应燃烧红外吸收法测定镁碳中碳量的分析方法,针对称样量、空白值对分析结果的影响进行试验研究,同时对助熔剂的选择和用量进行了试验分析。结果表明以0.40g纯铁,1.5g钨粒,作为助熔剂,按仪器说明操作测量样品,分析结果令人满意,该法已用于日常工作中。 Analysis method for the determination of carbon in magnesia carbon brick was established by high frequency induction combustion infrared absorption spectrometry. The effect of samples' quantity, blank value on the analysis result were studied, also the selection and quantity of the flux. The results show that taking the pure iron with 0.40g and 1.5g tungsten grain as flux, measuring samples as the specification, the analysis result is satisfied, which has been used in daily work.
