“一带一路”背景下试行多元外语教育政策的思考——以新疆地区为例

Thoughts of Implementing Various Policies of Foreign Language Teaching in Xinjiang in the Backdrop of “One Belt and One Road”

在当今全球区域经济一体化,尤其是在近期"一带一路"战略背景下,我国现有的外语教育政策已无法满足社会对外语人才培养的实际需求,制定和实行区域性多元外语教育政策显得尤为必要。本文分析了新疆高校外语教育的现状和不足,同时结合国内外外语教育政策及新疆实际,提出实施多元外语教育政策的设想。

In view of contemporary global and regional integration of economy, especially in the background of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy, the present policy of foreign language teaching in China does not fulfill the various social demand of cultivating talents of foreign languages. It is necessary that we carry out a regional and varied policy of foreign language teaching. In light of the situation of foreign language teaching in universities, of file foreign language education policies at home and abroad and of education realities in Xinjiang, this paper advises to implement various policies of foreign language teaehing in Xinjiang.
