Overseas Trade and Typical Seagoing Ship of Guangzhou Port in the Qing Dynasty

港口、贸易、海船是有机整体,清代的海外贸易之所以比较成功,是三者同时发挥了作用,作者通过对广州港、对外贸易与海船三者的论述,说明清代广州一口通商对社会带来的效果,介绍了清后期三种海船,意在更进一步说明海船作为载体在贸易活动中所处的不可或缺的地位。

Foreign trade of the Guangzhou Port in Qing Dynasty was successful because the port, trade and seagoing ship played a important role simultaneously as an organic entity. In this paper, the effect of trade on the community of Guangzhou is discussed, three kinds of seagoing ship in the late Qing Dynasty are introduced and the seagoing ship as a indispensable carrier in trade activities is highlighted.
