高血压性脑出血68例临床护理观察

Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 68 cases of clinical nursing

目的探讨高血压性脑出血的临床护理方法。方法对2008年1月—2011年12月我院收治68例高血压性脑出血患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果显著好转16例,好转31例,进步9例,12例未愈出院。住院时间5 d^33 d,平均25.5 d,无1例护理并发症发生。结论高血压性脑出血患者采取及时的治疗,针对性的护理措施,适时进行康复治疗,可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Choose from January 2008 to December 2008 inpatient treatment the clinical data of 68 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and summarize nursing methods.Results Significant improvement in 16 cases,31 cases improved,there is progress in 9 cases,12 cases were discharged from hospital. Not Average hospital 5-33 d,25.5 d.No nursing complications occurred in 1 case.Conclusion Take timely treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,corresponding nursing measures,timely rehabilitation treatment,can reduce the complications.
