常规与超声引导下经支气管镜针吸活检术在纵隔疾病诊断中的比较 被引量:1

A Comparison between Conventional and Endobronchial Ultrasound Guided Transbronchial Needle Aspiration in the Diagnosis of Mediastinal Diseases

摘要 目的评价常规经支气管镜针吸活检(conventionalTBNA)和超声引导下经支气管镜针吸活检(EBUS.TBNA)在诊断纵隔疾病方面的价值。方法在PUBMED、EMBASE及COCHRANE数据库进行检索,所有符合常规经支气管镜针吸活检对比超声引导下经支气管镜针吸活检在诊断纵膈疾病的研究纳入分析。使用RevMan5.0软件计算比值比(oR)。结果共3项研究符合条件纳入分析,研究之间不存在异质性,应用固定效应模型计算OR值为3.05(95%的可信区间是1.73—5.36)。结论超声引导下经支气管镜针吸活检在诊断纵隔疾病方面要比常规支气管镜针吸活检价值更高。 Objective Either conventional transbronchial needle aspiration or endobronchial ultrasound guided-transbronehial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is useful for the diagnosis of mediastinal diseases. This evaluation system was used to evaluate the diagnostic value in mediastinum diseases by evaluating the diagnosis rate. Methods The data of conventional transbronchial needle aspiration and EBUS-TBNA in the diagnosis of mediastinum diseases found in PUBMED,EMBASE,COCHRANE were used for analysis Rev Man software was used to calculate pooled odds ratio (OR). Results Three studies met inclusion criteria and had data suitable for extraction and analysis. The OR was 3.05 (95% confidence interval was 1.73 - 5.36) using the fixed-effects model. Conclusion EBUS-TBNA performs better compare with conventional transbronchial needle aspiration.
