Ever since the amended Law on the Protection of Consumer Rishts and Interests took effect to mark World Consumer Rights Day on March 15 last year. there has been a surge in professional fraud fighting. According to statistics from courts at various levels, at least 90 percent of all consum- er rights cases are lawsuits from professional fraud fighters.
