输液器金属瓶塞穿刺针对我国输液瓶口尺寸小型化的影响

Influence of Infusion Set Metal Closure-piercing Needle to the Minimization of Infusion Bottle Neck Finish Size in China

本文针对我国输液瓶口尺寸日趋小型化和多样化、不与国际接轨的畸形发展现状,从与之配套使用的输液器角度进行分析,提出了输液器上允许使用金属穿刺针是造成这种现状主要根源的主张。同时从医疗机构使用安全、制药产业、药包材产业、输液器产业等多个角度,对是否淘汰金属穿刺针进行利弊分析,得出淘汰金属穿刺针有利于使相关行业与国际接轨的结论,并提出了解决问题的建议。

In the condition of the minimization and diversification of infusion bottle neck finish size, which is not with the international practice, from the angle of the whole infusion set, this paper puts forward the opinion that allowing the metal closure-piercing needle being used on the infusion set is the main reason of the present situation. In the mean time, it analyzes pros and cons of whether to eliminate metal closure-piercing needle in the respects of use of safety in medical institution, pharmacy industry, pharmaceutical packaging industry, infusion set industry, etc.. It concludes that eliminating metal closure-piercing needle is good for related industries to be in line with the international practice, and proposes the suggestions of solving the problem.
