摘要
目的:建立肝郁雄性大鼠模型,探讨肝气郁结对精瘀影响的可能病理改变。方法:采用束缚筒慢性应激法建立肝郁模型,自制电棒刺激法建立电棒精瘀模型,对大鼠进行行为学测定,运用酶联免疫分析试剂盒检测大鼠股动脉血清中α-糖甘酶(α-Glu)及雌二醇(E2)含量。结果:旷场实验中,肝郁组与空白组大鼠在穿格次数、站立次数和理毛次数等指标存在显著差异(P<0.05);与空白组比较,肝郁组、电棒精瘀组的血清中α-Glu、E2含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝郁组与电棒精瘀组血清中α-Glu、E2含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝气郁结可导致雄性大鼠精瘀的发生,血清中α-Glu、E2含量水平改变是其病理变化的重要因素。
Objective:To establish liver qistagnation male rats model and investigate pathological change of sperm stasis by the stagnation of liver qi.Methods:barrel bound chronic irritated method was adopted to establish the model of liver depression,and self-made electric prods stimulation method was adopted to establish the model of sperm stasis.The rats behavior determination and alpha glycoside enzyme(alpha-Glu),estradiol(E2)content detection in femoral artery serum by ELISA kit were processed.Results:In the open field test,there are significant differences between liver depression group and blank control group rats in wear lattice times,stand up times and teddying hair times(P0.05).It shows big difference in the contents of the serum alpha-Glu,E2 between the groups of liver depression group,sperm stasis group and the control group(P0.05).While there is some difference between the group of liver depression and sperm stasis with no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The liver qi stagnation can lead to the occurrence of male rat sperm stasis,level of alpha-Glu,serum E2 content change is an important factor in the pathological changes.
